With handmade items, minor imperfections may occur in the items. They are not machine made. A handmade product is ever free of slight flaws or inconsistencies. Since these items are handmade, no two products are ever exactly the same.
No changes can be made to your order once it is placed. By purchasing a tumbler in our shop, you are agreeing that you understand spelling errors are your responsibility.
Currently processing times for tumblers are 2-3 weeks. While most orders are completed sooner, please allow the full turnaround time before tumbler is shipped.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason.  Tumbler Care, Shipping and Returns: Please treat this product with care as it is handmade and can be very fragile. Hand wash only, do not leave soaking in water, not microwave safe, not dishwasher safe, do not leave in hot cars and/or high temps or direct sunlight. DO NOT DROP! Damages caused by gravity or mistakes cannot be repaired.
For white cups or cups with large areas of white, please be aware that epoxy naturally yellows over time. I use a UV resistant epoxy that slows the process of yellowing; however, this will not stop the yellowing from happening all together. Keep your cups out of direct sunlight as much as possible.
Once an item leaves my hands, I cannot be held responsible for how long shipping takes or the package not being delivered or being delivered to the wrong address. It is your responsibility to contact USPS or UPS to file a claim with the tracking that is provided.
While all packages are insured, I cannot help how USPS or UPS treats our boxes. If your tumbler arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of your package being delivered with a picture of the item and the packaging it arrived in. We will make arrangements to file the USPS or UPS claim, send the tumbler back to be recreated on a priority basis once it is received.Â
