Your tumbler is handmade and should be handled with care to preserve its appearance and finish.

Please follow these care instructions:

• 🚫 Do not place in the dishwasher

• 🚫 Do not microwave

• 🚫 Do not soak or leave submerged in water

• 🚫 Do not leave in a hot vehicle

• 🚫 Avoid extreme temperatures and prolonged direct sunlight

• 🚫 DO NOT DROP

• 🚫 Do not use abrasive cleaners or scrubbers

  
  

Damage caused by dropping, impact, improper use, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered and cannot be repaired or replaced.

Epoxy & Natural Yellowing

For white tumblers or tumblers containing large areas of white, please be aware that epoxy can naturally yellow over time. We use UV-resistant epoxy to help slow the yellowing process, but it cannot completely prevent natural discoloration. To help preserve the appearance of your tumbler, keep it away from prolonged direct sunlight and excessive heat whenever possible.

Because this is a handmade product, minor imperfections and variations may occur. These are not considered defects and are part of what makes your tumbler unique.

All Sales Are Final on Custom & Personalized Items

Because each tumbler is handmade specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom, personalized, or made-to-order items.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Custom names or initials

• Custom quotes or wording

• Personalized colors or designs

• Custom images or graphics

• Customer-requested modifications

• Tumblers made specifically to a customer's specifications

Please choose carefully before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or exchanged simply because you changed your mind or no longer want the item.

Customer-Submitted Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before submitting their order.

Tainted Angel Designs is not responsible for spelling, grammar, dates, names, or other information submitted incorrectly by the customer. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Non-Custom Items

For ready-to-ship, non-personalized items, please contact Tainted Angel Designs within 7 days of delivery if you believe there is an issue with your order. Returns or exchanges for non-custom items are considered on a case-by-case basis and must receive prior approval before anything is shipped back.

Items approved for return must be:

• Unused

• In original condition

• Returned with all original packaging and accessories

• Shipped back within the timeframe provided by Tainted Angel Designs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged Items

Damaged items are handled separately from our return policy.

If your tumbler arrives damaged, do not return it without contacting us first. Please refer to our Tumbler Shipping & Damage Policy for instructions and required photographs. We will work with you to address qualifying damage that occurred during shipping.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

• Custom or personalized tumblers

• Made-to-order items

• Items damaged after delivery due to improper care or use

• Items that have been dropped

• Items exposed to extreme heat or improper cleaning

• Items altered or modified by the customer

• Items returned without prior authorization

If you have a question or concern about your order, please contact Tainted Angel Designs before sending an item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

By placing an order with Tainted Angel Designs, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

Once your package has been shipped, Tainted Angel Designs is no longer responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, delivery errors, or mishandling by the shipping carrier.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If a package is delivered to an incorrect address because of an address entered incorrectly at checkout, the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier and resolving the issue.

If your package is lost, delayed, or delivered incorrectly, please contact USPS or UPS directly using the tracking information provided.

Damaged Upon Arrival

Our packages are shipped with insurance. However, once a package is in the possession of the carrier, we cannot control how it is handled during transit.

If your tumbler arrives damaged: Please contact Tainted Angel Designs within 24 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

1. 📸 Clear photos of the damaged tumbler

2. 📦 Clear photos of the shipping box and packaging

3. 📋 Your order information and tracking number

Please do not throw away the original packaging. The carrier may require photographs or inspection of the packaging as part of the insurance claim.

Once the damage is documented, we will work with you to file the appropriate USPS or UPS claim. If the tumbler needs to be returned, we will provide instructions for sending it back. Once the damaged tumbler is received, we will prioritize recreating your tumbler.
